Thank you for your support of The Child Hunger Project. This refund policy outlines the terms under which we process refunds for purchases and donations made through our website, https://childhungerproject.com.
1. E-commerce Refunds (Printify)
For products purchased through our direct-to-consumer platform powered by Printify, the following refund and return policy applies:
- Refunds & Returns: If you receive a damaged or defective product, or if the product is not as described, you may request a refund or replacement. The request must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. Please contact us with your order details and any supporting photos or documentation of the issue.
- Non-refundable Items: Products that are customized, such as personalized or print-on-demand items, cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or not as ordered.
- Shipping Costs: If a refund or replacement is issued due to an error on our part (e.g., a damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the cost of return shipping. If the issue is not due to our error, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
2. Donation Refunds
Donations made to The Child Hunger Project are generally non-refundable, as they are considered charitable contributions and are immediately allocated to support our mission of alleviating child hunger.
However, if you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 7 days of the donation date. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
