Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting The Child Hunger Project. This shipping policy outlines our shipping procedures and guidelines for orders fulfilled through our direct-to-consumer platform powered by Printify.



1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed according to Printify’s production timeline. This includes time for print-on-demand production, quality checks, and packaging. Typically, production takes 2-7 business days, depending on the product and the print provider’s availability.



2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Available Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days (dependent on the shipping destination).
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 business days (dependent on the shipping destination).

Shipping Times: The delivery time for your order will depend on the shipping method you choose, as well as the destination. Please note that certain remote locations may require additional shipping time.



3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the delivery address.
  • The total shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

International Orders: Additional customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country of residence. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.



4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your order through the courier’s website. Please note that tracking may take up to 24 hours to update once the order has shipped.



6. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order or the expected delivery date.

We will work with you and Printify to resolve the issue.

If the item is damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement or refund as per Printify’s Return and Refund Policy.
